DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT

Les finitions du parquet massif à 2 frises sont appliquées en usine. Le parquet est livré "prêt à poser" conformément aux Instructions de Pose Junckers. Chaque lame est composée de deux frises assemblées par une double queue d'aronde collée. Les lames sont assemblées par rainure et languette sur les 4 faces.

PONT DE BATEAU

Strip made of foamed PVC with closed cells to absorb natural movements in the hardwood floor, see fig. 1.

The strip measures 3x8 mm (1/8" x 5/16") for 22 mm (7/8") floors and 3x4 mm (1/8" x 5/32") for 14 mm (9/16") floors and installed it provides a 2 mm (5/64'') wide joint, which varies over the year according to changes in the relative humidity.
We do not recommend shipsdecking for Glue Down System.

TWIN HERRINGBONE

Junckers' 14 mm (9/16") and 22 mm (7/8'') 2-strip floors are also available as patterned flooring. These floorboards are cut to a length of 516.6 mm (+/- 1.0 mm) (20 5/16") and are delivered in a right- and left-handed version. This enables installation in different patterns, e.g. herringbone. Each floorboard consists of two rows of staves. One row with a full length stave and one row with two half staves, see Fig. 2.

The Twin Herringbone flooring is delivered surface treated from the factory.

SURFACE TREATMENT

LACQUERED
Beech, Beech SylvaSport, Oak, Ash & Maple:
Priming: Several coats of UV-light curing primer.
Top finish: Two-component polyurethane lacquer, silk/ultra matt.
Total film thickness: Min. 40 µ.

Beech SylvaKet:
Pre-treatment: Coloured throughout with a NH3-treatment to achieve a light brown colour.
Priming: Several coats of UV-light curing primer.
Top finish: Two-component polyurethane lacquer, silk- or ultra matt.
Total film thickness: Min. 40 µ.

Oak Pearl:
Priming: Water based transparent stain.
Intermediate treatment: Several coats of UV-light curing lacquer.
Top finish: Two-component polyurethane lacquer, ultra matt.
Total film thickness: Min. 40 µ.

Black Oak:
Pre-treatment: Coloured throughout with a NH3-treatment to achieve a dark brown colour.
